Job Summary
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 5 years' hands-on drilling experience and 3–5 years as a Drilling Supervisor.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to identify downhole conditions and implement appropriate drilling methods.
Good understanding of bit selection, drilling fluids, and their application.
Sound knowledge of drilling equipment and basic rig maintenance.
Ability to work independently on remote exploration drilling programs.
