Job Summary
The Project Administrator will support the administrative functioning of the project office and assist with coordination of project communication and reporting.
Key duties include:
Coordinate project meetings and prepare agendas and minutes.
Maintain project action trackers and follow up on outstanding items.
Assist with preparation of project reports and presentations.
Manage project correspondence and filing systems.
Maintain project registers including stakeholder lists and communication records.
Support coordination of project personnel and contractors.
Assist with logistics arrangements for meetings, workshops and site visits.
