The OpportunityA Financial Services division requires a detail-oriented Share Dealer Administrator to support investor onboarding, trading facilitation, and compliance processes within a regulated environment.This is a client-facing operational role requiring precision, professionalism, and adherence to compliance frameworks.
The Profile
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric certificate
- 2+ years’ customer service experience (call centre advantageous)
- Fluent in English
- Basic computer literacyKey Competencies:Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Empathetic client engagement style
- Team-oriented mindset
- Accountability and process discipline
- Professional composure in high-volume environments
Key Responsibilities
- Register and onboard new investors
- Verify investor documentation (FICA compliance; BEE where applicable)
- Facilitate share buy/sell instructions (non-advisory)
- Capture telephonic trade instructions
- Manage inbound investor queries and complaints
- Assist walk-in investors
- Update and maintain accurate investor records
- Follow up on outstanding documentation
- Escalate priority or compliance-sensitive issues
- Support clerical and administrative processes
- Maintain awareness of market trends
