An established FinTech delivery environment in Cape Town is seeking a commercially astute Business Analyst | Project Manager to lead bespoke software initiatives for financial services clients.This role suits a technically grounded Business Analyst stepping into delivery ownership, or a BA/PM looking to deepen exposure within a regulated, client-facing environment.You will take end-to-end accountability for solution design alignment, delivery execution, stakeholder engagement, and release governance — ensuring working software that meets defined commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities
You will operate across the full delivery lifecycle:
- Develop deep understanding of client business models and objectives
- Translate business strategy into functional requirements
- Document user stories, specifications, and solution enhancements
- Estimate and size initiatives in collaboration with technical teams
- Lead cross-functional delivery teams
- Oversee solution validation and user acceptance alignment
- Manage release cycles and deployment coordination
- Triage and prioritise defects
- Maintain strong, long-term client relationships
