This opportunity is suited to developers transitioning into technical analysis, as well as experienced analysts ready to broaden their impact.You will operate at the intersection of business and engineering—translating complex requirements into scalable, bespoke software solutions within a financial services environment.
The Opportunity
- You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, proposition teams and software engineers to deliver robust, client-aligned solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage business stakeholders to define strategic objectives, functional specifications and integration requirements.
- Translate business requirements into clear technical documentation and solution designs.
- Lead data mapping exercises and interrogate service calls using tools such as SOAPUI and Postman.
- Provide technical guidance to development teams to support successful feature delivery.
- Conduct functional testing to ensure solutions meet defined business and quality standards.
- Facilitate deployment activities and manage release processes to ensure seamless production rollouts.
- Triage defects, coordinate remediation and maintain solution stability.
- Build and maintain strong, credible client relationships to ensure continued alignment and delivery excellence.
Candidate Profile
- You are a hands-on Technical Analyst who thrives in structured environments and enjoys bridging business and technology.You bring:4+ years’ experience in a technical analysis, systems analysis or related delivery role.
- Strong requirement elicitation and documentation capability.
- Experience working within integration-heavy or service-based architectures.
- Exposure to API testing and data interrogation tools (e.g., SOAPUI, Postman).
- A methodical, analytical and logically structured approach to problem-solving.
- The ability to anticipate risk and proactively drive resolution.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-management capability and the ability to prioritise effectively under pressure.
- A collaborative mindset with the maturity to mentor and support team development.
