Our client is a specialist advisory firm focused on value realisation, optimisation, and decision support across the mining sector. Our work sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, technical and financial analysis, supporting clients through complex capital decisions, operational improvement initiatives, and business transformation. While individuals are employed into specific roles, all team members are engaged in the business as a whole. We value people who take ownership beyond their job description, who are curious, execution-focused, and comfortable operating in ambiguity. We are looking for dynamic doers – people who can identify improvement opportunities and take ownership of implementation, while remaining humble, collaborative, and willing to support across tasks of all sizes.
