Job Purpose:
The PR, Marketing & Communications Project Manager is responsible for the effective planning, coordination, and execution of the company’s marketing and media activities. This role manages the annual marketing planner, oversees the marketing budget, and ensures brand consistency across all platforms and materials. The position requires close collaboration with internal teams, external stakeholders, and suppliers to support strategic marketing objectives, campaigns, and community initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
Develop and manage the annual marketing and media plan in alignment with organisational goals.
Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels to maximize reach and impact.
Monitor marketing activities to ensure timely delivery, budget compliance, and alignment
with brand strategy.
Track and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
2. Budget & Vendor Management
Manage and monitor the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
Liaise with external suppliers, including printers and merchandise vendors, to manage the production and delivery of marketing collateral.
Negotiate costs and timelines to ensure quality outputs within budget parameters.
3. Content Development & Digital Marketing
Create, design, and produce high-quality marketing and communication materials, including brochures, posters, banners, and digital content.
Manage and update social media platforms, ensuring consistent branding and audience engagement.
Develop and schedule content that supports campaigns, corporate messaging, and community projects.
Ensure all marketing materials adhere to corporate identity and brand guidelines.
4. Stakeholder & Campaign Coordination
Act as a key liaison between the company and external stakeholders, partners, and media agencies to coordinate joint campaigns and initiatives.
Support the execution of corporate social responsibility (CESR) and NGO-related projects, ensuring alignment with company values and objectives.
Draft and issue professional communication materials including letters, press releases, and stakeholder correspondence.
Build and maintain positive public relations to enhance the company’s reputation and visibility.
5. Administrative & Strategic Support Maintain and regularly update the company’s marketing year planner to align activities across departments.
Coordinate timelines, approvals, and internal communications to ensure efficient project execution.
Provide administrative and strategic support as required.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a marketing, communications, or similar role within a corporate environment.
• Proven experience managing marketing budgets and coordinating campaigns.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent design software for print and digital.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media management, and brand communication strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience working with printers, vendors, and external agencies.
