Our client is expanding their Growth team and looking for someone with 5+ years of experience selling software or tech platforms into the UK market.


About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated, ambitious people-person to join their Customer Growth team.


The successful candidate will:

  • Work with a set of top brand clients to grow their spend and usage
  • Drive account development, revenue growth, and long-term customer loyalty
  • Build strategic relationships and help customers through digital transformation journeys
  • Align client vision with solution roadmaps to deliver successful outcomes


What You’ll Do:

  • Revenue & Team Expansion: Grow revenue within assigned accounts and expand active teams
  • Account Growth: Boost spend and usage while strengthening client relationships
  • Lead Management: Identify, qualify, and track new opportunities
  • Sales Initiatives & Travel: Upsell, cross-sell, and run face-to-face client meetings
  • Product Demonstrations: Deliver compelling demos and create tailored solutions
  • User & Team Growth: Increase engagement within key brands
  • Performance Optimisation: Monitor account performance and improve usage/spend
  • Sales Forecasting: Collaborate on accurate forecasts and strategic planning
  • Tech Tools: Use HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Keynote effectively


Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years in SaaS/tech account growth or account executive roles
  • Proven success selling software or platforms in the UK
  • Strong verbal and written communication (including proposals & tenders)
  • Familiarity with sales frameworks (e.g. Challenger Sale, Sales Acceleration Formula)
  • Influence without authority (bonus if active on LinkedIn)
