RHI Consultants Inc is seeking a dedicated Operational Excellence Specialist to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance operational efficiency across the organization. As an Operational Excellence Specialist, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, implement best practices, and ensure sustainable performance improvements that align with our strategic goals.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough process assessments and data analysis to pinpoint areas for improvement.Design, develop, and deploy operational excellence frameworks and methodologies.Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote lean principles, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement tools.Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to align improvement initiatives with business objectives.Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and report outcomes to senior management.Champion change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continually enhance operational strategies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.3+ years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or related roles.Proficiency with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse teams.Demonstrated project management experience and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) is preferred.
