The Opportunity
We’re recruiting experienced Certificated Enforcement Agents to take on active caseloads within the Ipswich region. While the role may involve travel nationally from time to time, current demand is high in Suffolk and surrounding areas. This is a dynamic and autonomous role that involves engaging directly with individuals to recover outstanding debts in accordance with relevant legislation.
New team members will begin receiving instructions as soon as they’ve completed the client’s tailored induction. Ongoing support, technical tools, and continuous professional development are provided to ensure success in the field.
Experience
Valid Enforcement Agent Certificate (County Court)
Full UK Driving Licence
A self-starter with strong organisational skills
Comfortable working independently in a field-based role
Physically fit and capable of handling asset removals
Familiar with enforcement legislation and procedures
Able to manage difficult conversations with professionalism and empathy
Proficient with basic IT systems and mobile technology
