With a BDR team currently achieving 100% of quota and a strong emphasis on internal growth, they’re seeking a driven and high-performing Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their mission-focused team.
Job Responsibilities:
Identify and engage high-potential prospects in the biotech, pharma, and academic space
Drive outbound outreach via cold calls, emails, and social channels—you’re proactive and persistent
Collaborate with Account Executives and marketing to refine messaging and outreach strategy
Leverage tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build a strong pipeline
Communicate the value of a highly specialized platform to a technical and/or scientific audience
Consistently meet and exceed performance metrics and sales quotas
Experience
1–2 years of B2B SaaS sales experience preferred
1 Year experience as a BDR
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident and clear on the phone
Demonstrated self-starter attitude and hustle (professional or personal achievements welcome)
Currently employed or employed within the past month (not due to performance-related layoff)
Background or interest in life sciences is a strong advantage
Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field (e.g. biology, biotech, biochemistry) is a strong plus
