Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and fast-paced Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and can effectively manage multiple priorities.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, and the ability to coordinate shipments, support customer accounts, and collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding orders, updates, and inquiries
Accurately receive, process, and enter customer orders into internal systems
Collaborate closely with Sales and Purchasing teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
Plan and coordinate shipments, including managing international lead times
Generate and maintain short-term and long-term (up to 12 months) forecasting reports
Provide customers with shipping updates and order status information
Process customer credits and manage Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) requests
Maintain and update customer records and requests in internal systems
Analyze inventory requirements and support forecasting for planning purposesRespond to product inquiries from customers and sales representatives
Gather project and technical information from customers and coordinate with internal teams
Prepare and submit formal quotes to customers
Process sample orders as needed
Support Account Managers and Outside Sales Representatives in securing purchase ordersAssist in implementing and improving operational procedures
Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required Minimum of 0-1+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
Customer service Inside sales Account management Business development Customer support
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook)Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
