The responsibilities listed below represent the core functions of this role. Duties may vary depending on operational needs, and additional responsibilities may be assigned as required.Provide customer support in person, by phone, and via email; assist with service setup and coordinate requests with internal teams.


Process customer payments and perform cashiering duties, including maintaining accurate cash handling and preparing daily deposits.


Respond to customer inquiries regarding services, billing, and account status; resolve issues related to meter readings, high usage, past-due accounts, service disconnections/reconnections, and billing discrepancies.


Coordinate with internal departments to address questions related to meter location, installation type, and service details.


Maintain and update customer billing accounts with accurate and timely data entry.


Utilize internal systems and databases to manage customer records while ensuring confidentiality and data accuracy.


Apply company policies and procedures when establishing and maintaining customer accounts.


Assist with resolving billing-related concerns, including delinquent accounts and service orders.


Support collections efforts by following up on overdue accounts and coordinating with third-party agencies when necessary.


Process property-related requests such as escrow demands and lien releases.


Identify customer concerns related to services and direct them to the appropriate department for resolution.


Educate customers on available programs, services, and payment options.


Maintain consistent attendance and adhere to assigned work schedules.


Foster positive working relationships with team members and provide excellent customer service to all customers.


Perform other duties as assigned to support business operations.
