We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center / Contact Center Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls, provide excellent service, and support the company’s sales or customer service initiatives. The ideal candidate is friendly, patient, and skilled at solving problems while representing the company professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Make outbound calls to follow up with leads or clients
Provide accurate information about products, services, or policies
Troubleshoot issues and escalate when necessary
Document all customer interactions and update CRM records
Achieve daily or weekly call targets and service quality standards
Assist with customer retention, upselling, or cross-selling opportunities
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes

Requirements
Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or sales role
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
Comfortable using CRM systems or call center software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk)
Ability to handle high call volumes professionally
Problem-solving and multitasking skills
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in inbound and outbound calling
Knowledge of products/services in your industry
Ability to meet or exceed KPIs such as call resolution, customer satisfaction, and sales targets
