Our client, a respected law firm in Romsey, is seeking a professional Receptionist to provide exceptional client service and essential administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
• Welcome clients and visitors, managing front‑of‑house and security access
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and general communication.
• Manage appointment scheduling and meeting room bookings.
• Support daily office operations: mail handling, scanning, filing, data entry, and ordering supplies.
• Deliver discreet, courteous client care and maintain strict confidentiality.
Requirements
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident using Microsoft Office; experience with office or case management systems is beneficial.
• Professional, discreet, and able to work under pressure
• Previous experience in a legal or professional services environment is preferred.
