What You’ll Be Doing
Your responsibilities will reflect your experience and interests, and we’ll support you in expanding your expertise.
If your focus is commercial property
Managing a varied caseload of commercial sales, purchases, and leases — from straightforward matters to more complex transactions.
Acting for landlords and tenants in lease negotiations, renewals, and terminations, including multi‑party or high‑value arrangements.
Assisting businesses and developers with acquisitions, disposals, and planning‑related matters.
Advising on commercial leases, licences, options, and development agreements.
Working alongside the corporate team on the property elements of business transactions and infrastructure projects.
Supporting the department with non‑transactional property work where required.
If your focus is residential property
Handling a full range of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, leasehold transactions, new builds, and shared ownership.
Advising on Help to Buy, lease extensions, declarations of trust, and re‑mortgages.
Liaising with estate agents, lenders, brokers, and local authorities to ensure smooth progress on all matters.
