RecQuest are working with a well-established firm on the South Coast who are seeking a capable and confident conveyancer to join their collaborative property team.
The Role Includes:
- Handling your own caseload of freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, new builds, and transfers of equity
- Working on registered/unregistered land and some plot sales
- Drafting easements and dealing with property finance
- Exposure to option agreements and conditional contracts a plus
What You’ll Need:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in residential conveyancing
- Strong technical knowledge and the ability to work independently
- Confidence liaising with clients and third parties
- Great organisation and time management skills
- Desire to be part of a close-knit team with progression opportunities
