This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced paralegal to take on a key role within a reputable firm, providing high-quality legal support in Wills, LPAs, probate, and estate planning. The Role As a Private Client Paralegal, you will: - Draft and advise on Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs). - Assist with probate administration, including obtaining grants of probate and handling estate distribution. - Support solicitors with estate planning, ensuring efficient transfer of wealth and assets. - Prepare and review legal documents related to trusts, succession planning, and inheritance tax matters. - Communicate directly with clients, providing clear and professional advice. - Maintain case files, organise documentation, and ensure deadlines are met.
