Job Summary
Raintree is currently seeking a Family Support Coordination (FSC) Supervisor to supervise caseworkers and program operations. This program focuses on early intervention, providing support services to families with infants and toddlers (children 0-3 years of age) experiencing developmental delays.
Primary duties include:
- Supervision of 1-3 Family Support Coordination case workers that carry caseloads of 35-40 program participants.
- Supervising the provision of case coordination activities, which includes occasionally conducting joint home visits with Family Coordinators.
- FSC Supervisor will carry a minimum of 15 cases.
- Developing resources to grow the FSC program and to assist families served.
- Providing individual and group supervision and weekly case consultation.
- Conducting case record reviews and file maintenance.
- Must have prior experience with Medicaid billing; previous work experience in a similar role preferred.
Qualifications and Requirements:·
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a social services-related field from an accredited university. Certified transcript required.·
- Must have 3+ years’ post-degree work experience in case management with families and children, with 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role.·
- Must have advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Teams, Notes, and Zoom.
- Familiarity with MS Access is preferred. ·
- Three professional references from current and former employers.·
- Valid driver’s license & reliable vehicle during working hours.·
- Must have excellent organizational, communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
Pay starting at $48k. This is a Full-time salaried position. Benefits available.
Schedule: On-Site, 40 hrs. weekly (M-F, 9 am- 5 pm)
*Required to work on-site.
