This opportunity is positioned for a high-performing sales professional focused on delivering investment solutions within a well-established asset management environment. The Wealth Management Sales Consultant will be responsible for driving revenue growth by engaging with individual investors and building long-term client relationships within a defined market.

Your Core Focus
• Develop and manage relationships with individual investors, with a focus on high-net-worth clients
• Deliver investment strategies and financial solutions aligned to client goals and risk tolerance
• Drive new business acquisition through proactive outreach and relationship-building efforts
• Maintain consistent sales performance within a structured investment sales environment
• Collaborate with internal teams to support client onboarding and ongoing service delivery
• Stay informed on market trends and investment products to effectively position offerings
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing and relationship expansion
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and sales activities
• Uphold compliance standards and regulatory requirements within financial services sales
Technical Background
• Experience in financial product sales within wealth management, banking, or investment advisory environments
• Strong understanding of investment vehicles and client portfolio considerations
• Familiarity with sales processes tailored to individual investors, particularly in the retail investment space
• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts in a clear and client-focused manner
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree required
Candidates typically bring between 5 and 20 years of experience in financial services sales, with demonstrated success working with individual investors. Advanced education, such as an MBA, may be considered an asset.

This position does not require overnight travel
Location & Mobility
Candidates are expected to be based in the Dallas, Texas metropolitan area. Relocation support is not available for this role.
