We are hiring a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our valued customers. Responsibilities
Provide professional, timely, and accurate responses via phone and email
Enter, track, and monitor customer orders and materials
Process sales transactions and assist with new account setup
Manage customer interactions efficiently and effectively
Communicate updates and provide feedback to support process improvements
Process customer purchase orders accurately
Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work with urgency and complete tasks accurately and on time
Positive, upbeat, and customer-focused attitude
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build customer relationships
