Job Summary
We are recruiting on behalf of a creative agency based in Chester for an Account Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join a fast-paced and innovative team. As an Account Manager, you will manage client relationships, ensuring their needs are met, and take ownership of projects, collaborating with internal teams to deliver creative solutions.
Experience
-Proven experience in Account Management, ideally within a creative or marketing agency.
-Some experience in Project Management, with the ability to coordinate and deliver projects to a high standard.
-Marketing experience is desirable but not essential.
-Experience within the igaming or eCommerce industry is highly desirable but not essential.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
-Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
-A proactive and creative mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Job Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and building long-lasting relationships.
- Team Management: Manage and collaborate with design and development teams to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with client expectations.
- Project Management: Coordinate the planning, delivery, and execution of projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to bring client ideas to life and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Client Reporting: Provide regular updates to clients, presenting progress, deliverables, and performance metrics.
- Marketing Strategy (Desirable): Where applicable, contribute to the development of marketing strategies to meet client goals.
Job Benefits
