Experience
Proven experience managing end-to-end transformation projects with significant client or end-user impact.
Ability to work effectively with teams across Technology, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and other business functions.
Knowledge of transaction banking solutions and varied client deployment models.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project) and SharePoint.
Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Confident decision-maker with proactive communication skills.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
Self-motivated and eager to learn, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale transformation initiatives within the Global Payments Solutions division.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Technology, Risk, and Product Management, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, track progress, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate risks while keeping stakeholders informed throughout the process.
- Ensure all projects comply with enterprise standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive effective decision-making across multiple business areas to overcome challenges and deliver results.
