Experience
Previous experience in an HR or systems-focused role (e.g., HR Administrator, HR Assistant, or Data Analyst).

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, data visualization).
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Job Responsibilities

- Act as the first point of contact for HR system queries, providing technical support and resolving user issues promptly.
- Document processes and procedures for system use and deliver training to HR team members as required.
