We are seeking a dynamic Senior Business Analyst to join a leading retail organization based in Manchester. As a pivotal member of the team, you will work closely with stakeholders across the business to drive the successful delivery of transformative projects, ensuring solutions align with business objectives and deliver tangible value.

Essential – Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 5+ years in a similar role, preferably in the retail industry. – Strong understanding of retail processes such as merchandising, e-commerce, supply chain, or customer experience. – Expertise in business analysis tools and techniques, including process mapping, gap analysis, and requirement elicitation. – Demonstrable experience in leading workshops and stakeholder engagement at all levels. – Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences. – Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies. – Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, with attention to detail. – Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Visio. Desirable: – Familiarity with retail technology systems, such as ERP, POS, or CRM platforms. – Experience with data analysis tools like SQL or Power BI. – Professional certifications such as IIBA, BCS, or Prince2.
