We are seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to transform business data into actionable insights that support commercial, operational, and strategic decision-making.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in IT, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years' experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics.

Strong experience with Power BI, SQL, Microsoft Excel, and Dynamics 365.

Retail and e-commerce industry experience.

Key Responsibilities

Analyse customer, sales, and marketing data to identify trends and business opportunities.

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel.

Support CRM, customer segmentation, and marketing campaign reporting.

Monitor data quality, integrity, and reporting accuracy.

Provide insights and recommendations to improve business performance.

Assist with data integration, reporting automation, and executive reporting.

Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to enhance reporting capabilities.Skills & CompetenciesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Advanced Excel and SQL proficiency.

Experience interpreting large datasets and presenting insights to non-technical stakeholders.
