A demonstrated track record of closing individual apartment unit sales of AED 5–6 million minimum (per unit, not cumulative)

Our client a European Luxury Developer is looking for a Senior Sales Manager who can sell the company's UHNW products and services and achieve the targeted sales figures while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, providing them with relevant information about the company's products and services to achieve sales targets.
- Stay fully informed about new project launches and clearly understand all unique selling points (USPs).
- Monitor the achievement of sales targets and take corrective action to address any shortfalls.
- Follow and help implement the sales department's policies and procedures.
- Participate in negotiations with key customers when required.
- Ensure customers receive the best possible service and work towards achieving the highest customer-satisfaction ratings.
- Ensure terms and conditions are in line with industry norms and maintain good public and business relations for the benefit of the company.
- Monitor the performance of the department's staff and address day-to-day operational issues, including manpower matters.
- Encourage healthy internal and external communication and foster a collaborative working environment.
- Prepare and submit accurate monthly sales reports for top management's review.
- Facilitate training on new processes, products, pricing, and market trends.
- Carry out any additional tasks assigned by the Head of Department.
You Must Have:
- Sound knowledge and awareness of the local and regional real estate / property market.
- Experience and confidence in managing institutional investors and bulk-purchase situations.
- An established personal network in the Middle East, preferably within the property and real estate development sectors.
- Strong communication & Negotiation Skills.
- Knowledge of the principles and processes for providing excellent customer and personal service.
- Knowledge of the marketplace, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
- RERA certified.
- Valid UAE driving licence.
Qualifications:
- Master’s in business administration (Marketing or Sales).
- At least 10 years of relevant work experience, of which a minimum of 5 years must have been in a similar position with a real estate / property developer in the UAE or GCC.

- AED 8,000–20,000 monthly salary, depending on experience and performance.
- *3% commission* on direct sales.
- *1.5% commission* on non-direct deals / deals generated through an agent.
