Property Manager

Location: Bay Square, Dubai

We are hiring an experienced Property Manager to join a growing real estate business in Dubai and take ownership of a portfolio of residential properties.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, client-focused, and experienced in managing the full tenancy lifecycle while maintaining strong relationships with both landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of residential properties and act as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants.
• Oversee the full tenancy lifecycle, including move-ins, renewals, rent collection, and move-outs.
• Prepare and manage tenancy agreements, Ejari registrations, renewals, and cancellations.
• Coordinate property inspections, condition reports, and photographic reporting.
• Manage maintenance requests and coordinate with contractors, developers, and facility management teams.
• Handle tenant sourcing, screening, viewings, and tenant replacement to minimise vacancy periods.
• Coordinate deposits, key handovers, move-in/move-out procedures, and related administration.
• Maintain accurate property records and provide landlords with regular updates and performance reporting.
• Support rental adjustments, renewals, and negotiations while ensuring a high level of client service.
• Identify maintenance, refurbishment, and property improvement requirements and coordinate works where required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in property management within Dubai/UAE.
• Strong knowledge of the residential rental and tenancy lifecycle.
• Good understanding of Ejari, tenancy agreements, deposits, renewals, and move-in/move-out procedures.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple properties, tenants, landlords, and maintenance matters simultaneously.
• RERA/property management experience or relevant certification is preferred.
• Professional, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach.
• Filipino candidates are preferred.
