Internal Recruiter
Location: Motor City, Dubai, UAE
We are seeking an experienced and driven Internal Recruiter to join a growing British company in Dubai. This role is responsible for attracting, assessing, and securing top-performing real estate professionals across sales, leasing, off plan functions. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting business growth by building strong talent pipelines and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through to offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Identify and attract high-calibre real estate professionals through a variety of channels, including LinkedIn, referrals, networking events, and direct outreach.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and workforce planning objectives.
- Coordinate interview schedules and manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment journey.
- Maintain accurate records within the company's applicant tracking system and recruitment database.
- Support employer branding initiatives and represent the business at industry networking and recruitment events.
Requirements:
- Previous recruitment experience, preferably within real estate, property, sales, or agency recruitment.
- Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and the profiles that drive success within the industry.
- Proven track record of sourcing and placing high-performing sales professionals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms is advantageous.
