Internal Recruiter

Location: Motor City, Dubai, UAE


We are seeking an experienced and driven Internal Recruiter to join a growing British company in Dubai. This role is responsible for attracting, assessing, and securing top-performing real estate professionals across sales, leasing, off plan functions. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting business growth by building strong talent pipelines and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through to offer acceptance and onboarding.
  • Identify and attract high-calibre real estate professionals through a variety of channels, including LinkedIn, referrals, networking events, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct candidate screening, interviews.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and workforce planning objectives.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment journey.
  • Maintain accurate records within the company's applicant tracking system and recruitment database.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and represent the business at industry networking and recruitment events.


Requirements:


  • Previous recruitment experience, preferably within real estate, property, sales, or agency recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and the profiles that drive success within the industry.
  • Proven track record of sourcing and placing high-performing sales professionals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms is advantageous.
