Senior Off-Plan Property Consultant (Arabic Speaker)

Location: Dubai & Abu Dhabi, UAE

My client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Arabic-speaking Senior Off-Plan Property Consultant to join a boutique growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in off-plan property sales, extensive experience working with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs), and strong knowledge of the Dubai and Abu Dhabi real estate markets.This role is focused on driving off-plan property sales, building long-term investor relationships, and providing strategic real estate investment advice to local and international clients.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Promote and sell off-plan residential and commercial developments across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
  • Build, manage, and expand a portfolio of HNWI, investor, and corporate clients.
  • Conduct client consultations to understand investment objectives and recommend suitable opportunities.
  • Deliver professional project presentations, investment proposals, and market insights.
  • Maintain strong relationships with developers and stay informed about new launches, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
  • Generate new business through networking, referrals, strategic partnerships, and lead conversion.
  • Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to booking and post-sales support.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities within the UAE real estate sector.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance with all UAE real estate regulations and company standards.


Requirements:


  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in off-plan real estate sales within the UAE.
  • Proven experience working with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs) and investors.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong understanding of the Dubai and Abu Dhabi property markets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to close high-value real estate transactions.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred.
  • Existing investor network and client database is a strong advantage.
