Recruiter - Off Plan

Location: Business Bay, Dubai, UAE

Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Our client is a well-established European-run real estate company with a strong reputation for professionalism, high performance, and exceptional client service. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join their team and play a key role in attracting top talent within Dubai's thriving real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through to offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Identify and attract high-calibre real estate professionals through LinkedIn, referrals, networking events, direct outreach, and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and competency-based assessments.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates for both current and future hiring requirements.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and workforce planning objectives.
• Provide market insights on salary benchmarking, competitor activity, and talent trends within the Dubai real estate sector.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience at every stage of the hiring journey.
• Maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system and recruitment database.
• Support employer branding initiatives and represent the business at recruitment events and industry networking opportunities.

Requirements:

• Previous recruitment experience, ideally within real estate, property, sales, or agency recruitment.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and the profiles that succeed within the industry.
• Proven track record of sourcing and placing high-performing sales professionals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-focused.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms is advantageous.
• Experience working within a British-led or international real estate environment is an advantage.
