Job Summary
Our client, a well established organisation based in Bristol, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team on a 6 month contract starting in June 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and commercially minded HR professional to provide strategic HR support and drive key people initiatives during a period of change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted HR Business Partner to senior leaders and managers, providing expert advice on a wide range of HR matters
- Support organisational change, restructures, and transformation projects
- Manage employee relations cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, and absence management
- Advise on employment law compliance, policies, and best practice
- Support talent management, succession planning, and learning & development initiatives
- Partner with the business to embed HR strategies that align with commercial objectives
- Work closely with the wider HR team to deliver consistent and effective people solutions
About You
- To be successful in this role, you will:Be a qualified or experienced HR Business Partner (ideally CIPD qualified or working towards)
- Have proven experience operating as an HRBP in a fast-paced, commercial environment
- Demonstrate strong employee relations expertise and the ability to handle complex casework confidently
- Possess excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at all levels
- Be confident advising on change management and organisational development
- Have up-to-date knowledge of UK employment legislation
- Be immediately available or available to start in June 2026
