Park HR Recruitment is delighted to partner with a well-respected college in Southampton to recruit an organised and dedicated Administrator. Join a supportive team to make a real difference in the lives of students with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and diverse needs.
This is a full time role, working 37 hours per week. Candidates must be available to start in July, initially on a Temporary contract and will have the opportunity to apply for the role on a permanent basis.
What You’ll Do:
Support EHCP processes, including consultations, reviews, and paperwork, ensuring timely responses to Local Authorities.
Maintain accurate student records and data for students, meeting audit and compliance standards.
Provide administrative support for annual reviews, funding applications, and SEND tracking systems.
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and external agencies, ensuring excellent customer service.
Support college events like Parents’ Evenings, Careers Events, and Open Days as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in administration, ideally in an education setting.
Good skills in managing data and financial information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a passion for supporting students with diverse needs.
Knowledge of Further Education funding or SEND Code of Practice is a plus.
