About the Role: As an HR Services Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of the HR team, delivering exceptional administrative support across a range of HR functions. Key Responsibilities: Provide general HR administration support, including maintaining employee records, preparing contracts, and processing onboarding/offboarding documentation. Assist with payroll preparation. Coordinate recruitment activities, such as scheduling interviews and updating candidate trackers. Handle employee queries with professionalism and confidentiality. Support HR projects, including policy updates and compliance checks. Maintain HR systems and databases, ensuring all information is accurate. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in HR administration. Exceptional attention to detail – you spot the small things that make a big difference. Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively. Confidence with HR systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude. Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice. Why Join?
