Experience
You will need to have previous experience managing UK wide accounts in the enginnering sector
Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients in the engineering sector Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing client needs and concerns Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure client requirements are met and projects are delivered on time Develop and present proposals, quotes, and technical solutions tailored to client specifications Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service with clients Monitor project progress, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards Provide regular updates and reports to clients on project status, timelines, and deliverables Work closely with internal teams (e.g., sales, engineering, and project management) to coordinate efforts and resolve issues Track account performance metrics and report on key indicators to management Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to advise clients effectively Manage account budgets and ensure profitability for both the client and the company Handle escalations and troubleshoot problems to maintain client satisfaction
