We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Hunter to drive new business growth across the UK and EMEA on behalf of our Client. This is a high-impact individual contributor role focused on acquiring new enterprise customers, developing strategic relationships and closing complex software deals.
Reporting directly to the VP of Global Sales, you will play a key role in expanding the company's footprint across Europe while building on its strong UK market position.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new enterprise business development across the UK and EMEA.
Identify, engage and win new enterprise customers through consultative selling.
Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation and closing.
Build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders and C-suite executives.
Develop strategic territory plans to grow market share across Commercial Fleet and Bus & Coach sectors.
Work closely with Marketing, Product and Customer Success teams to deliver successful customer outcomes.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast using CRM tools.
Essential Requirements
Minimum 5 years' experience in Enterprise B2B SaaS sales.
Proven experience exceeding US$1M+ Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) sales targets.
Track record of closing enterprise software deals typically valued between US$100K–US$500K ARR.
Strong new business hunter with a proven record of winning enterprise accounts.
Experience selling business applications, enterprise software or SaaS platforms using a consultative, solution-selling approach.
Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
Excellent presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
UK-based with willingness to travel regularly throughout the UK and EMEA.
Desirable Experience
Experience within IoT, Telematics, Fleet Management or Connected Vehicle technology.
Experience selling into Commercial Fleet, Public Transport or Bus & Coach organisations.
Knowledge of AI-driven software platforms or data analytics solutions.
Experience creating and executing go-to-market strategies for new territories.
What's on Offer
£160,000–£190,000 OTE (50/50 base salary and commission).
