The Opportunity
Reporting directly to senior leadership, you'll be responsible for driving new enterprise revenue across the UK and Europe.This is a true individual contributor (hunter) role where you'll own the entire enterprise sales cycle, from identifying strategic opportunities through to negotiating and closing complex enterprise software agreements.
You will collaborate with technical specialists, solution engineers and customer success teams to deliver business outcomes for enterprise customers adopting next-generation computing technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic enterprise sales plan across the UK and Europe.
Identify, qualify and close new enterprise customers.
Build relationships with C-level executives, CTOs, CIOs, Heads of Innovation, Engineering leaders and scientific stakeholders.
Manage the complete enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and closure.
Create demand for an emerging technology category by educating prospective customers on the commercial value of Quantum Computing.
Lead complex multi-stakeholder sales engagements involving both technical and executive decision-makers.
Work closely with Product, Marketing, Customer Success and Technical teams to support customer success.
Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets
.Essential Requirements
We're looking for an experienced enterprise software sales professional with:Minimum 5 years' Enterprise Software and/or Enterprise SaaS Sales experience.
Proven success winning enterprise software opportunities worth $200K+ Annual Contract Value (ACV).
Experience selling into Fortune 500 or Fortune Global 500 enterprise organisations, with named customer references.
Demonstrated success creating demand for emerging or disruptive technology rather than simply responding to existing opportunities.
Experience selling to highly technical audiences, including Engineers, Scientists, Research teams or technical decision-makers.
Strong experience managing complex enterprise sales involving multiple stakeholders, including VP and C-suite executives.
Excellent consultative selling, negotiation and relationship management skills.
Comfortable working within a fast-paced, high-growth technology company.
