The Opportunity

Pab Staffing Solutions is delighted to be partnering with a respected law firm to recruit an experienced Residential Property Lawyer.

This role is ideal for a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX) who has experience independently managing a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion.


You'll join an experienced property team, working on a varied caseload while benefiting from excellent support, modern case management systems, and genuine opportunities for career progression.


Key Responsibilities


Manage a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion.


Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.


Manage new build, shared ownership, remortgage, and transfer of equity transactions.


Provide clear and practical legal advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process.


Draft, review, and negotiate legal documentation.


Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, brokers, developers, and other solicitors.


Identify and resolve legal issues efficiently while managing risk.


Ensure compliance with SRA regulations and internal quality standards.


Support and mentor junior colleagues where appropriate.


Deliver an exceptional client experience throughout every transaction.


About You

We're keen to hear from candidates who have:

Qualification as a Solicitor (England & Wales), Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX).


At least one year's experience independently managing a residential conveyancing caseload.


Strong knowledge of residential property transactions, including freehold, leasehold, new build, and shared ownership.


Excellent client care and communication skills.


Strong organisational and time management abilities.


A proactive, commercially aware, and solutions-focused approach.


The ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
