Job Summary

We are recruiting for an experienced Registered Children’s Home Manager to lead a residential children’s home in Stratford, East London (E15).

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing provider and play a key role in developing a high-quality, Ofsted-compliant children’s home, supporting young people aged 10–17 with learning disabilities and complex needs.

About the Role – Children’s Home Manager (London)

As a Registered Manager, you will:

Lead the day-to-day running of a children’s residential care home

Ensure full compliance with Ofsted regulations and Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015

Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing care team

Create a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment

Support young people with learning disabilities and complex needs

Drive continuous improvement and work towards Outstanding Ofsted outcomes


Key Requirements

To be considered for this Registered Manager job in London,

You must have:Level 3 or Level 4 in Residential Childcare (essential)

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or working towards)

Experience as a Registered Manager in a children’s home

Experience with Ofsted inspections and compliance

Strong leadership, safeguarding, and team management skills

Full UK driving licence
