Job Summary

Registered Manager – Home Care (NEW SERVICE) | South Wales (Bridgend/Port Talbot)

Up to £45K (DOE) + Bonus

Ideal Candidate Profile

Minimum of 4 years as a Registered Manager experience in domiciliary/home care

Strong understanding of CQC compliance, audits, and quality frameworks

Experience with recruitment, rota management, service growth, and retention

Confident managing safeguarding, incidents, complaints, and risk

History of improving CQC ratings (Good/Outstanding)

New service setup / startup experience (since this is a new service lead role)

Strong community network in South Wales (referrals, local authority links)

Based in / able to commute to Bridgend / Port Talbot
