Supported by administrators, project managers, and installers across the Midlands, this is an opportunity to thrive in a collaborative and design-led environment.What We’re looking For proven kitchen design and sales experience within the independent kitchen market

Strong product knowledge across kitchens, appliances, and installation processes

CAD proficiency – ideally Compusoft Winner and EQ

Excellent customer service, communication, and presentation skills

Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects

Confident, enthusiastic, and professional with a positive work ethic

Full UK driving licence essential

Laptop, mobile phone, and travel expenses
