£55,000–£65,000 per annum, plus additional bonus structure

The Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead a children’s residential home and play a key role in establishing and developing high-quality care provision.This is a unique opportunity to join at an important stage of growth, taking ownership of a service and shaping its culture, team, and outcomes from the outset.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strong leadership and day-to-day operational management of the home
Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and Ofsted standards
Lead, develop, and support a high-performing staff team
Create a nurturing, therapeutic, and child-centred environment
Build effective partnerships with local authorities and external professionals
Drive positive outcomes for young people, supporting their development and independence
Oversee care planning, safeguarding, and risk management processes
Maintain high occupancy and ensure stability within the home
Contribute to the wider growth and development of the organisation
Salary & Benefits
£55,000 per annum (pre-registration)
£60,000 per annum (post-registration)Bonus StructureMonthly occupancy bonus (based on full occupancy)
Ofsted outcome bonuses:
Good: £2,000
Good with Outstanding elements: £2,500

About You
Experienced Registered Manager (or strong Deputy ready to step up)
In-depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations and children’s residential care
Passionate about improving outcomes for young people
Strong leadership and team development skills
