JOB TITLE: CQC Service Manager – Adult Services

About the Role
Our client is a family-run provider of adult care services, supporting adults with complex needs including learning disabilities, autism, and mental health conditions. They are seeking a passionate CQC Service Manager to lead one of their services, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care and compliance with all CQC regulations.You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the service, acting as the Designated Safeguarding Lead, supporting and inspiring your team, and creating an environment where adults can thrive.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the service in line with CQC regulations and organisational policies
Ensure the safety and welfare of all service users
Manage, mentor, and inspire care staff
Develop and maintain person-centred care plans and risk assessments
Build strong relationships with families, health professionals, and community partners
Prepare for and manage CQC inspections
Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of staff
Manage budgets, resources, and reporting
Qualifications & Experience
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Health and Social Care (or willing to complete within 2 years)
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a senior management role within adult social care
Strong safeguarding and adult protection knowledge
Experience supporting adults with complex needs
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
