Our client is proud of their Ofsted ‘Good’ rating across all areas and is now seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to maintain this strong foundation while guiding their 3 bed home towards ‘Outstanding’.

The Mission
As Registered Manager, you will play a central role in creating a home where children feel supported, understood, and empowered to thrive. Your responsibilities will include:Championing the Team
Inspiring, leading, and supporting a residential team to deliver truly child-centred care that goes beyond minimum standards.
Clinical and Creative Oversight
Developing and reviewing individualised care plans that recognise each child’s unique needs, strengths, and experiences.
Operational Excellence
Managing budgets, staffing rotas, and resources effectively to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the home.
Quality and Compliance
Maintaining a strong focus on safeguarding, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance, ensuring the home consistently meets and exceeds expectations.
Partnership Building
Working collaboratively with families, professionals, and external agencies to create a strong, supportive network around each child.
About You
You are a resilient and compassionate leader who understands the balance required within EBD residential care, bringing both professionalism and genuine empathy. You will have:Proven Leadership Experience
A strong background in managing or supervising within a residential children’s home.
Regulatory Knowledge
A thorough understanding of Ofsted standards, Children’s Homes Regulations (2015), and safeguarding practices.
Strategic and People-Focused Approach
The ability to lead teams effectively, manage resources, and implement high-quality, tailored care.
Relevant Qualifications
A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards).
