Job Title: Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD)

Salary: £39,239 per annum

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care

Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care programmes

Support and mentor colleagues within the team

Observe, record and report changes in service users’ conditions

Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation

Promote safe practice and positive teamworkRequirementsRegistered Learning Disability Nurse qualification

Active NMC registration

Experience within mental health or learning disability settings

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Self-motivated and flexible approach

Committed to delivering evidence-based, person-centred care

The role is based within a 101-bed specialist hospital providing:

Six wards for adults with mental health needs

One ward supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism

The service works collaboratively with NHS Trust partners across the South West to deliver high-quality, recovery-focused care.
