JOB TITLE: Staff Nurse

SALARY: £37,862 per annum

This is a 12-bed CAMHS service supporting young people aged 12–18 with eating disorders. The Role
As a qualified Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, compassionate care to young people within this CAMHS service, while supporting colleagues and promoting a positive team culture.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering high-quality, effective and compassionate nursing care
Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care programmes
Supporting and mentoring colleagues
Observing, recording and reporting changes in service users’ conditions
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date care records
Skills & Experience Required
A relevant nursing qualification
Current NMC registration
Strong communication and team-working skills
A flexible, self-motivated approach to work
A positive, caring and compassionate attitude
Commitment to high-quality, evidence-based care and professional values
