Requirement

Our client is seeking experienced and passionate Qualified in Specialty (QIS) Neonatal Nurses to join their established Neonatal Nursing Unit as they move towards a brand-new, purpose-built Neonatal Unit.This is an exciting opportunity for skilled neonatal practitioners who are committed to delivering high-quality, family-centred care. QIS Nurses are integral members of a friendly, collaborative and multi-disciplinary team that includes Nursery Nurses, Staff Nurses, trainee QIS nurses, Advanced Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (ANNPs), and a full medical team across three tiers. Role Summary

The QIS Neonatal Nurse will:Deliver high-quality, safe and compassionate neonatal care.

Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team to support infants and their families.

Maintain excellent clinical standards aligned with national guidance and local pathways.

Contribute to ongoing service development as the organisation prepares for its new Neonatal Unit.

Support the learning and development of colleagues, students and trainees.
