Job Title: Care Assistants
Location: Weston Super Mare and surrounding areas.
Salary: £15 - 17.50
Work Pattern: Zero Hours Flexible work opportunity with a variety of shifts available including days, nights and sleep ins.
Please note you will be working as an agency worker in this role and will be paid via an umbrella company.

About the Role
Our client is seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to work in a variety of settings across the South West. This role is ideal for someone who values making a difference in people’s lives and wants flexible working options to suit their lifestyle and family needs.
There are a variety of shifts available, including Early, Late, Twilight, Nights, and Sleep-Ins, with both Block Booking and Locum opportunities on offer.
They currently have some unique opportunities including providing 1:1 support to residents with complex needs in nursing home settings.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver personal care and emotional support with empathy and respect
Assist with mobility, daily routines, and engagement in activities
Encourage independence, dignity, and wellbeing at all times
Collaborate with staff and wider care teams
Maintain clear records and uphold safeguarding and confidentiality standards
Requirements
Previous experience in a care or support role (nursing home experience desirable)
Compassionate, reliable, and professional approach
Good communication and teamwork skills
Valid DBS or willingness to obtain one
Up-to-date training or willingness to complete mandatory courses
