HOURS: 845am -515pm - Monday- Friday

Job Description
Liaise via telephone, WhatsApp and email with candidates, to provide further information about the company and role, answering any queries they have.
Arrange interviews.
Advertise roles and manage applications.
Interviewing candidates, scoring interviews and feedbacking to wider team to help make decisions on who to hire.
Give feedback to candidates.
Assist with the onboarding of successful candidates.
Follow company policies and procedures.
Maintain confidentiality of information relating to clients, staff, and other users of the services in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 including outside of the work environment.
Any breach of confidentiality may render an individual liable for dismissal and/ or prosecution.
Participate in CPD.
Managing candidates through Recruitment journey and aiding them with support through each step.
Creating new documents to align with new processes Managing expectations of people, processes and time frames
Work closely with different departments and liaise with internal staff regarding new candidates coming through the pipeline.
Working on systems such as QCS, Vanatage, Logezy, Flexebee, DocuSign, Gov.uk website and may others.
Networking with local communities, advertising and marketing for potential talent.
Use of social media to attract talent for recruitment purposes and roles.
Undertake any other duties within the scope of the role and within your skill set as requested.
Requirements
Experience working in an administrative role
Experience of the care sector preferred but not essential
Equivalent to GCSE English and maths at C or above
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Competent at using various computer systems
Friendly and welcoming personality
