Job Summary
Job Description Job Title: Business Support Coordinator Location: Truro Salary: £24,000 – £27,000 The Business Support Coordinator will provide centralised operational and administrative support to the Director and Home Managers across Ofsted Registered Children’s Homes. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, consistent processes, compliance with Ofsted and regulatory requirements, and efficient administration of HR, training, finance, and operational systems.
Experience
Requirements Experience in administration, operations, or business support. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data reporting. Knowledge of Ofsted standards, HR processes, and health & safety compliance. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity. Must be 18 or over. Willingness to undergo a DBS check.
